Earth Day Poster Contest Announced!

Attention K-5 Teachers and Students!

The Michigan Departments of Environmental Quality and Agriculture & Rural Development have announced they are accepting entries for their 2015 Earth Day Poster Contest.

Any K-5 student in Michigan is eligible to submit a poster entry that celebrates Earth Day. That means any part of the environment – air, water, wildlife, soil…even whole ecosystems. The winners will be honored on Tuesday, April 22, 2015 at Constitution Hall in Lansing as part of the State Earth Day Celebration. All entries must be received by February 15, 2015.

Poster entries are typically 11″ x 17″ and MUST fit into a 16″ x 20″ frame. They can be full color or black and white, made with crayon, colored pencil, watercolor, pen, marker, or paint. Please note that entries will not be able to be returned.
